Emergency Oxygen



Emergency oxygen administration can be given in most breathing and cardiac emergencies. This course, designed and offered by EMS Safety Services, may be taught separately or as part of a comprehensive CPR, AED or First Aid training course.

This is a stand alone course, but we can schedule it in conjunction with other EMS courses.

Taught as a stand alone program or in conjunction with EMS Safety's CPR/AED or First Aid Training courses.

    • General guidelines for use of emergency oxygen

  • Requires written and skills testing for certification

This course is approved by or meets the standards of the United States Coast Guard (USCG), U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS), the Dental Assisting National Board, the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), among many others.
